Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective product
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or malfunctions and does not work properly, please contact us first at hello@fireweed-hg.com.
If we have the same product in stock, we will exchange the defective product for a good one after you return it to us.
If we do not have the same product in stock, we will refund your money after you return the defective product.
Please note that we will bear all shipping costs associated with the defective product.
