Shipping
We generally try to ship items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Please refer to the expected shipping date in the confirmation e-mail after placing your order.
Yes, we can ship except some countries. For orders from outside Canada and the U.S., the cart system is not available. Please send us your order using the contact form, specifying the products you wish to order. We will prepare an invoice and provide you with purchase instructions. Also, shipping costs will be charged at actual cost.
Yes. All shipping methods have tracking services.
Free shipping is available for Canada with a minimum purchase of $80 and for the U.S. with a minimum purchase of $180.
We ship via Canada Post for both Canada, the U.S., and other regions.
We plan to introduce this system in the future, but at this time, only Canada Post is available. If you prefer an earlier arrival, please choose Canada Post's Xpresspost, etc.
Payment
We are accepted various credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Unfortunately, Amazon Pay is not yet available in Canada, as it has not yet been implemented.
Returns, Exchanges
We will package our products more tightly than necessary to prevent damage. If damage should still occur, please take a picture of the damage to the package (box, damaged part of the product) and contact us. Once we confirm the damage, we will send you a new item if we have it in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a full refund.
Cancellation is possible until the product is shipped. Cancellation after shipment is not possible and will be treated as an "exchange or refund".
Only unused items may be exchanged or returned. Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

You can back-order only if you can select the "Add to cart" button. You can order and pay for your order as if it were a regular in-stock item, and the purchased item will be shipped as soon as it is received. In the unlikely event that the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a full refund.
